Le crémant de thieuley
Following the traditional method, also called “Méthode Champenoise”, we started producing our Crémant in 2012.
After 18 months on lees, we made it BRUT. Just taste and enjoy !
Blend :
50% Sémillon, 50 % Cabernet Franc
Tasting notes :
Yellow bright color. Fine flavours, fruity (peach and gooseberry).
The second nose is more flowery. Very well balanced between aromatical freshness and finess.
