Since the vintage 2011, our range enlarges with our two « Vin de France » Les Truffières Chardonnay and Syrah. A new challenge for us !
Indeed, in 2007, we decided to plant those two varieties (forbidden to produce Bordeaux AOC). Just next to Chardonnay and Syrah , Francis Courselle, a great fan of Truffles, planted also more than one hundred truffle-trees, on a soil said to be adapted to them.
The first nose shows a good minerality but we can also find some almonds, honey and rich flavours really characteristic of Chardonnay. Read More +
